摘要
静态和动态思维是两种不同的思维形式。表现在高校行政管理上就是静态和动态管理方式。认清动态管理的内涵,处理好两种管理方式之间的辩证关系,是今后高校行政管理发展的一个重要方面。
Static thinking and dynamic thinking are two different ways of thinking, which represented in static and dynamic management in college administration. To understand and handle the content of static and dynamic management and their dialectic relationship is one of the important tasks of college administrative reform.
