摘要
通过对钻头在切削过程中的振动信号分析,选择了时间滑移量M_k、样本方差σ_x^2、一步自相关函数ρ_1;为特征量,给出了钻头加工情况的判断,为防止钻头损坏于被加工工件中,实现加工过程在线监控提供了条件。
The vibration signal is analysed under that the drill is vibrating during the cutting process. The time sliding parameter Mk, sample variance σx2 , and one step auto-correlation function p\ are selected as characteristic capacity. The judgement of circumstance during cutting is obtained. This provides a condition for realizing the on-line detection in order to prevent the drill damged from the machining.
