摘要
目的 :了解阳性强化行为疗法对Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者社会功能的作用。方法 :符合入组标准的 6 4例患者随机分为研究组和对照组 ,对研究组的良性行为采用“代币奖励”和“社会需求奖励”进行阳性强化训练 ,以SANS、SSPI、IPROS量表作为评定工具评价效果。结果 :阳性强化训练明显提高了患者的社会功能 ,其中SSPI、IPROS、SANS、减分值研究组明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :阳性强化行为疗法能改善患者的阴性症状和不良行为 ,建立良好的人际关系 ,促进社会功能恢复 ,提高康复疗效。
Objective: To study the effect of positive reinforcement on patients Type Ⅱ schizophrenia. Method: 64 schizophrenics were randomly divided into study group and control group. The patients in study group received positive reinforcement by ”token economy” and mental reward. SANS, SSPI and IPROS were used in evaluation.Results: Positive reinforcement can improve social function.Scores of SSPI,IPROS and SANS in study group were significantly lower than those in controls( P <0.01).Conclusion: Positive reinforcement can decrease negative symptoms, correct inappropriate behaviors, improve interpersonal relationship, social function and rehabilitation effects.
