长效胰岛素类似物的临床研究进展 被引量：28

摘要 现有中/长效胰岛素制剂存在变异性高、作用峰值明显及夜间低血糖危险性高的缺点。每天注射1次,大多数糖尿病患者不能维持24h基础胰岛素水平。目前延长胰岛素作用的方法一种是使胰岛素等电点接近中性,如Glargine可延缓胰岛素在皮下的吸收,能显著降低空腹血糖水平,同时夜间低血糖发生率降低;另一种是使用可溶性脂肪酸酰化胰岛素,如Detemir,吸收后与白蛋白结合,延缓其作用。
