新一代骨代谢生化标志物的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 按照骨代谢生化标志物(BMBM)临床应用价值和发现时间,可以将BMBM划分为经典的BMBM、新的BMBM和可反映骨代谢的其他新的生化标志物。经典的BMBM特异性及敏感性低,易受其他因素影响。而新一代BMBM特异性、敏感性高,受外界因素影响小,其中许多生化标志物如骨保护素、瘦素及胰岛素样生长因子等在骨偶联水平调节骨吸收和骨形成的动态平衡,在骨的生理重建和代谢性骨病机制中发挥重要作用,在临床上具有广泛的应用前景。
