Development of a toluene ammoxidation catalyst for manufacture of benzonitrile

摘要 通过开发的新型催化剂研究了甲苯氨氧化制苯甲腈反应中温度、反应物线速、催化剂负荷、氧比(空气比)和氨比等条件对反应的影响。在反应温度405℃、原料配比甲苯∶氨∶空气=1∶4∶20、线速0 2m/s、负荷50g·ml-1·h-1时,其苯甲腈收率大于85%。700t/a工业生产装置运行表明苯甲腈收率略高于实验室结果,且稳定性良好。 The effects of reaction temperature,velocity,catalyst loading,oxygen ratio and ammonia ratio on toluene ammoxidation on a newlydeveloped catalyst were described.Benzonitrile yield of 85% was attained under following condition∶toluene∶NH3∶air (mole) =1∶4∶20,405 ℃,linear velocity 02 m/s and catalyst loading 60-90 g/ L·h.Commercial application of the catalyst on a 700 t/a plant showed a benzonitrile yield higher than the laboratory test result with good stability of the catalyst.
