摘要
纳米SiO2 粉体的制备是以硅酸钠和盐酸为原料 ,添加适宜的稳定剂 (非离子表面活性剂 )和分散剂 ,在适宜的pH值和温度下 ,采用化学沉淀法合成。研究表明 ,要得到性能优良纳米的SiO2 粉体 ,最佳工艺条件为 :温度 2 0~ 40℃ ,pH =6 ,反应液质量浓度P1 =2 0g/L ,P2 =1 2 0g/L ,反应时间 1 5min。结果表明 :制备的纳米SiO2 粒径 30~ 50nm ,比表面积大 ,分散性好 ,质量优良 。
The nanometer SiO 2 powder is synthesized by chem-deposit method, using sodium silicate and hydrochloric acid as raw materials, appending condign stabilization reagent (nonionic surface modification reagent) and dispersant with appropriate pH value and temperature. The best parameters and conditions for the required nanometer SiO 2 powder with excellent properties are: temperature 20~40℃, pH value 6, reaction liquid mass concentration P 1=20?g/L? P 2=20?g/L, reaction time 15min. The result shows that the prepared nanometer SiO 2 having particle size 30~50?nm and large specific surface area, good dispersing and excellent quality, can neet the requirement of industrialization production.
