摘要
通过对钛合金前处理、镀液配方及镀后处理的研究发现 ,对钛合金进行喷砂、活化、预镀镍、化学镀及热处理后 ,可获得具有较好耐磨性、结合力良好的Ni P合金镀层。
A research on the pretreatment, bath formula and post treatment for electroless Ni P plating on Ti alloy shows that a Ni P plating with good adhesion and wearability can be obtained on the surface of Ti alloy by sandblast activation, Ni pre plating, electroless plating and heat treatment.
