摘要 教育扶贫是我国扶贫开发的重要组成部分,对贫困地区的教育发展和小康社会的全面实现均具有关键性的意义。为有效推进教育领域的扶贫开发并最大化地发挥教育的扶贫功能,本文首先探讨了教育扶贫的双重内涵:"扶教育之贫"和"依靠教育扶贫",明确了教育在扶贫中兼有的目标和手段双重属性,继而对教育扶贫的双重内涵均进行了深入剖析。"扶教育之贫"奠基于人是教育与扶贫的连接点,在教育领域实施扶贫不仅能促进人的脱贫致富,而且能推动和谐社会的构建。"依靠教育扶贫"的理念经历了由隐性到显性的过程,并应逐步由单一的途径走向全面的综合。未来应充分挖掘和发挥教育在扶贫中的多种可能性功能,并最终趋向教育与扶贫的协同联动。 Education Assistance is an important part of Poverty Alleviation in China,and it has crucial significance for the educational development and full realization of a well-off society in poverty areas. In order to promote Poverty Alleviation in the field of education effectively and fulfill the Poverty Alleviation function of education to its utmost,this paper discussed the double connotation of Education Assistance,which includes 'alleviating the poverty of education 'and'Poverty Alleviation through education.'Then it identified the double attributes of education that it is both means and end in Poverty Alleviation. After that,the paper analyzed the double connotation of education deeply. 'Alleviating the poverty of education'is based on the supposition that human is the junction of education and Poverty Alleviation. To implement Poverty Alleviation in the field of education can not only help people get rid of poverty and get rich,but also can promote the construction of a harmonious society. The idea of 'Poverty Alleviation through education'has changed from a recessive one to a dominant one,and should gradually move from a single pathway towards a comprehensive and integrated way. In the future,we should fully explore and implement a variety of possible functions of education in Poverty Alleviation,and ultimately make education and Poverty Alleviation engage in synergic interactions.
