摘要
评价区域现代服务业发展与高职教育专业群布局契合程度的目的是为了评价高职教育对区域现代服务业发展战略的支撑能力,寻找高职教育存在的问题,提出相应的对策。提出了一种区域现代服务业发展与高职教育专业群布局契合度研究的方法,该方法从区域国民经济发展规划、各产业发展规划、高职教育发展情况出发,再进行对比分析,提出了对契合度的定性、定量评价方法,评价方法对子产业的评价分析有5个指标,对总体评价分析有2个指标。对湖南现代服务业发展与高职专业群布局的契合度研究按方法进行了操作。从评价情况来看,得分60.8分,表明需要对专业群布局做较多改进,并且情况不容乐观。接下来,找出了湖南现代服务业高职专业群布局5个方面的问题,并提出了有针对性的4条对策建议。
This paper seeks to evaluate the fit degree between the development of regional modern service industry and the layout of the specialty group for higher vocational education.It starts from the regional development plan of the national economy,the industrial development plan and the development situation of higher vocational education,makes a comparative analysis,and puts forward the qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods. These evaluation methods use 5 indicators for industries and 2 indicators for overall evaluation. According to the methods,the fit degree between the development of regional modern service industry and the layout of the specialty group for higher vocational education in Hunan Province is carried out.The score is 60.8,which shows that it is necessary to make more improvements to the layout of the specialty group,and the situation is not optimistic.Then 5 problems about the layout of the higher vocational specialty group in Hunan Province are pointed out,and finally 4 targeting suggestions are proposed.
