摘要
在刚玉 -氮化硅材料中添加 5 %和 1 0 %的金属硅进行塑性相成型 ,成型后在氧化气氛下于1 60 0℃保温 3h烧成。对烧成后材料的常温性能进行分析发现 ,随着金属硅含量的增加 ,试样的显气孔率明显下降 ,耐压强度上升。显微结构分析发现 ,烧成后材料的内部仍然有金属硅存在 ,并且金属硅与周围颗粒紧密连结。同时还发现 ,材料内部的氮化硅发生反应生成了氧氮化硅 ,有利于氮化硅材料的烧结 ,提高了材料的性能。
Using process of metal plastic phase moulding,different additions of silicon(Si) of 0,5% and 10% were added to Al 2 O 3 -Si 3 N 4 materials separately,and then the materials were fired at 1600 ℃ for 3h in air.The analyzing results of the properties of the materials at room temperature show that the apparent porosity decreases and the crushing strength increases with the increase of Si content in the materials.The microstructure observation finds that there is Si in the fired materials,furthermore,Si bonds with other particles around it tightly.Meanwhile,the Si 3 N 4 in the materials transforms into Si 2 N 2 O by reaction that contributes to the sintering of Si 3 N 4 materials and the improvement of the properties of the materials.
