摘要 介绍了镁炭质整体出钢口的损毁机理及生产工艺过程 ,对影响整体出钢口质量的工艺因素进行了分析和优化。结果表明 :选用MgO含量大于 98%、临界粒度为 3mm ,并且CaO/SiO2 ≥ 2的电熔镁砂和纯度较高的 + 1 98鳞片石墨作主要原料 ,采用Al-Mg合金粉和SiC的混合物作为复合抗氧化剂 ,加热镁砂骨料和酚醛树脂等 ,可以有效提高镁炭质出钢口的性能。改进后的镁炭质出钢口在太钢二炼钢转炉上实际使用 ,寿命大大提高。 The wear mechanism and production process of monolithic magnesia-carbon tapping hole were presented,and the process factors affecting the quality of the tapping hole were analyzed and optimized.The properties of the tapping hole are improved effectively by using fused magnesite with MgO content more than 98%,critical particle size 3 mm and CaO/SiO 2 ratio not less than 2 and high purity flake graphite (+198) as main starting materials,the mixture of Al-Mg alloy powder and SiC as composite anti oxidant and preheating the magnesite aggregate and phenolic resin.The improved monolithic magnesia carbon tapping hole was used in the converter of No.2 Steel Plant of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company,Ltd,long life was achieved.
