搞好施工企业工程项目成本 ,是市场经济对企业管理的要求 ,从明确成本控制目标 ,科学的施工组织设计、质量、进度。
Good cost control for construction project is the requirement from market economy for business management. In this paper the restriction in cost control is discussed from cost controlling objective, construction management plan, responsibility cost management and other aspects.
