在线还原富集-导数火焰原子吸收光谱法测定环境水样中铬Ⅲ和Ⅵ铬的形态 被引量:14

摘要 采用单阀双阳离子交换树脂微柱并联 ,设计了双路采样逆向洗脱在线分离富集系统 ,该系统与原子吸收导数测量技术相结合 ,实现了在线分离富集 导数火焰原子吸收光谱法同时测定水中Cr 和Cr ,导数仪用 2mV min档位 ,富集 1min时 ,分析速度为 6 0样 h ,测定Cr 和Cr 的特征浓度分别为 0 .44 8μg L和0 793μg L(相当于 1%导数吸收度 ) ,线性范围分别为 0~ 90和 0~ 180 μg L ;对浓度分别为 10、2 0 μg LCr 和Cr 测定的相对标准偏差分别为 2 .85 %和 2 .85 %;检出限分别为 0 .85 5和 1.71μg L ;该法对实际水样加标回收率在 94.7%~ 10 4%之间。 A rapid and sensitive method for the sequential determination of Cr*# and Cr*& in environmental water samples based on flow injection on-line reduction preconcentration on two-microcolumn system-flame atomic absorption spectrometry with derivative technique has been developed. The Cr*# in samples and total chromium after appropriate on-line reduction of Cr*& to Cr*# were retained respectively on two microcolumn with cation exchange resin and were respectively eluted directly to the nebulizer by 3 mol/L HNO 3. The characteristic concentrations (give a derivative absorbance of 0.0044 and preconcentration time 1 min) for Cr*# and Cr*& were 0.448 μg/L and 0.793 μg/L. The relative standard deviation at the 10 and 20 μg/L level were 2.9% and 2.9% and corresponding detection limit (3σ) were 0.855 and 1.71 μg/L, respectively. The method has been successfully applied to the speciation analysis of chromium in water reference material GBW08607 and synthetic water samples.
