摘要
研究了由 70 %的二甲苯、不同配比的醇酸树脂和马来酸酐改性氯化聚丙烯构成的三元体系复配互容情况。用红外表征了马来酸酐改性氯化聚丙烯与 344 #树脂的质量比为 1/2时复配液的相容性 ;用光泽值表征溶剂挥发后 ,马来酸酐改性氯化聚丙烯与醇酸类树脂的质量比分别为 2 /1、1/1、1/2、1/10、0 /10时二元共混涂膜的透明性。结果表明 :随着改性氯化聚丙烯接枝率的提高 ,氯化聚丙烯和醇酸树脂的相容性明显增强。
Compatibility of the ternary built up system consisted of 70% xylene, maleic anhydride grafted chlorinated polypropylene and alkyd resin was investigated. When maleic anhydride grafted chlorinated polypropylene/344# alkyd resin=1/2(mass ratio), compatibility of the built up system was characterized by IR analysis. When maleic anhydride grafted chlorinated polypropylene/alkyd resin=2/1,1/1,1/2,1/4.4,1/10,0/10(mass ratio),respectively,and the solvent was volatilized,the transparence of the binary blend film coatings was characterized with their glossiness values.The results showed that with increasing of the grafting yield of maleic anhydride grafted chlorinated polypropylene the compatibility of chlorinated polypropylene and alkyd resin was obviously enhanced.
