Cloud computing is the deployment system of cloud-based IT resources’consumption,also the integrated applications’ model of internet-based link transmission and terminals services system.The typical model of cloud services should include SaaS/AaaS、IaaS、PaaS、DaaS,these references may constitueinfrastructure of cloud system services.Cloud computing development standards and requirements have been thought of as the development references and basics of cloud structure development and cloud databases,as well as regarded references structure of cloud management and evolution.QoS of cloud system may depend upon cloud applications developments,furthermore,services’ configuring and monitoring of cloud management may provide feedback.Cloud applications services’ maintenance and data security must be provided primary guarantee services by cloud security.Cloud backup only leading enterprise cloud can keep the advanced services func-tions so as to adapt to cloud flexibilities and disaster-avoiding and disaster-free design,the paper analyzes deeply the technical applications and program algorithms of cloud datum plus illustrates detailedlypratical datum processing methods.Dynamic development environment has become the open research platform of cloud computing among enterprise clouds,and taken the testing according to cloud environment development across the globe .Meantime,cloud computing risk analysis and manage-ment can prompt evolving cloud applications.
