摘要 本文针对义齿生产企业在升级转型的发展过程中,在管理效益、管理成本、信息化三个层面上遭遇壁垒,如何打破管理边界、降低成本、提高产品质量、融合信息化,成为企业可持续发展的关键因素。义齿生产质量控制系统提出了以PDCA管理模式,采用C/S与B/S相结合系统架构,通过信息化管理手段和方法,对企业产品生产过程的每个环节进行了有效的控制,让生产管理和质量控制有效结合,确保产品质量。实践结果证明该系统在企业内部的有效部署,对提高管理效益,保证产品质量,助力企业突破发展壁垒,持续向上发展是行之有效的。 The in denture production enterprises in the transformation and upgrading of the development process, at the three levels of management efficiency, cost management, information encounter barriers, how to break boundary management, reduce costs, improve product quality, the fusion of information, has become a key factor of the sustainable development of the enterprise. Denture production quality control system is proposed on the PDCA management model, using C / s and B / S combined system architecture, through information management means and methods, each link of enterprise production process were effective control, combined with effective production management and quality control, to ensure product quality. The practical results prove that the system is effective in the enterprise, and it can improve the management benefit, guarantee the quality of the product, and help the enterprise break through the development barrier, and continue to develop is effective.
