摘要
本文针对义齿生产企业在升级转型的发展过程中,在管理效益、管理成本、信息化三个层面上遭遇壁垒,如何打破管理边界、降低成本、提高产品质量、融合信息化,成为企业可持续发展的关键因素。义齿生产质量控制系统提出了以PDCA管理模式,采用C/S与B/S相结合系统架构,通过信息化管理手段和方法,对企业产品生产过程的每个环节进行了有效的控制,让生产管理和质量控制有效结合,确保产品质量。实践结果证明该系统在企业内部的有效部署,对提高管理效益,保证产品质量,助力企业突破发展壁垒,持续向上发展是行之有效的。
