摘要
目的 观察胆碱对大鼠和家兔血流动力学变化的作用 ,探讨胆碱对在体心脏M3的作用机制。方法 利用八导生理仪测定记录大鼠和家兔给予胆碱前后的左室室压 (LVP) ,左室等容期最大变化速率 (dp dtmax)和左室收缩压与左室末期舒张压比值 (LVSP LVEDP)的作用。结果 ①胆碱 (10ml kg)使大鼠心率减慢 ,LVP从给药前的(135 .0± 31.1)mmHg降低至 (86 .7± 2 0 .8)mmHg(n =5 ,P <0 .0 5 ,给药 10min ) ;②胆碱 (5ml kg)使家兔心率减慢 ,LVP从给药前的 (130 .0± 2 6 .4 )mmHg降低至 (12 3.3± 32 .6 5 )mmHg(n =5 ,P <0 .0 5 ,给药 10min)。结论 胆碱对心脏的作用可通过M3受体阻断剂阻断 ,从而证实M3受体存在于心肌的可能性。
Objective To observe the effects of choline on M 3 muscarinic receptors in cardiac ventricular myocytes of rat and rabbit,to discuss the possible mechanism of Choline.Methods The eight channels physiological test technique of recording LVP,±dp/dtmax and LVSP/LVEDP was used. Results ①Choline(10ml/kg)decreased the LVP from (135.0±31.1)mmHg to(86.7±20.8)mmHg( n =5, P <0.05,10min after administration) in rats.②Choline(5ml/kg)decreased LVP from(130.0±26.4)mmHg to(123.3±32.65)mmHg( n =5, P <0.05,10min after administration )in rabbits.Conclusion M 3 muscarinic receptors maybe exist in cardiac ventricular myocytes because of 4DAMP blocked the action of choline in them.
