摘要
从东江流域实际水生态问题与保护要求出发,研究水生态补偿主要因子与补偿标准,提出以政府主导市场结合的生态补偿管理模式,并建议完善流域生态补偿管理机构、建立协调机制及加强基础研究等实施对策。
Starting from the water problems and protection requirements of Dongjiang River basin, the main factor and standard for eco-compensation of water resources have been studied, andthe management mode combined with government offer and market for eco-compensation has been put forward. proposed to develop the valley management institution for eco-compensation is proposed to developed coordination mechanisms to establishedand basic research to strengthened.
