摘要
为了研究甲烷质量分数变化对扩散过滤燃烧特性的影响,通过实验对稀释甲烷/氧气在填充床中扩散过滤燃烧的火焰特性以及污染物CO的质量浓度进行研究。结果表明:当甲烷质量分数从0.138增加到0.288,小球填充高度从40 mm增加到200 mm时,同时存在浸没燃烧和表面燃烧;随着甲烷质量分数的增加,表面火焰的高度升高,CO的质量浓度降低,最低时约为12 mg/m^3;随着填充床高度的增加,表面火焰的高度降低,CO的质量浓度增加,最大时约为420 mg/m^3。
In order to study the effect of the variation of methane mass fraction on the diffusion filtration combustion characteristics,the flame characteristics and the mass concentration of pollutant CO of dilution methane/oxygen diffusion filtration combustion in packed bed were studied experimentally.Results show that,when the mass fraction of methane is increased from 0.138 to 0.288,and the height of the particles is increased from 40 mm to 200 mm,submerged combustion and surface combustion are found.As the mass fraction of methane increases,the height of surface flame increases,and the emission of CO decreases with a minimum of about 12 mg/m^3.As the height of the packed bed increases,the height of surface flame decreases,and the emission of CO increases with a maximum of approximately 420 mg/m^3.
