摘要
目的观察北域牌西洋参刺五加胶囊的抗疲劳作用。方法通过小鼠跑步实验、爬杆实验及转棒实验,同时测定血乳酸、肌糖元、肝糖元、血清尿素氮、MDA含量及SOD活性,观察北域牌西洋参刺五加胶囊对多种因素致小鼠疲劳的缓解作用。结果北域牌西洋参刺五加胶囊0.4、0.8g/kg均使小鼠跑步时间、跑步距离、转棒时间及爬杆明显延长(P<0.05或P<0.01),明显降低运动后血乳酸及血清尿素氮含量,减少MDA的堆积,显著提高SOD活性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论北域牌西洋参刺五加胶囊具有明显的抗疲劳作用。
Objective To study the anti-fatigue effects of Capsule of American Ginseng and Acanthopanax(CAGA).Methods The Running experiment,climbing rod experiment and rotating rod experiment were carried out in mice to observe the anti-anoxia effects of CAGA.The blood lactate,muscle glycogen,hepatic glycogen,serum urea nitrogen,MDA content and SOD activity were assayed To observe the alleviation effect of CAGA on fatigue of mice induced by various factors.Results CAGA(in doses of 0.4 and 0.8 g/kg)could both make the running time,running distance,swing time and climbing pole of the mouse significantly prolong.significantly reduce blood lactic acid and serum urea nitrogen content after exercise,reduce the accumulation of MDA,significantly increase SOD activity.Conclusion CAGA has a obvious anti-fatigue effects.
