有氧运动对老年高血压病患者血压昼夜节律的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:运用动态血压监测评价长期地规律性的有氧运动对高血压病老年患者动态血压的影响。方法:对22例65—78岁I—II级高血压病患者在1年的有氧运动前后用动态血压进行监测。另选20例病情相似者作为不运动对照。结果:有氧运动1年后,高血压患者的血压昼夜节律明显改变,血压水平也低于对照组。结论:有氧运动不但可以降低血压,还有助于调整紊乱的血压昼夜节律。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of long term regular aerobic exercise by Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring(ABPM)in the elderly patients with hypertension.Method:ABPM was employed for22patients(aged65-78years old)classified for stage I-II hypertension before and after1year of aerobic training.Twenty sedentary patients with the same classification were selected as the control.Result:After1year training,the day-night rhythm of blood pressure was improved significantly.Meanwhile,the level of blood pressure was lower than that of the controls.Conclusion:Aerobic training does not only lower blood pressure,but also regulars the circadian of blood pressure.
