摘要
目的:通过骨形态计量学方法研究神经生长因子(NGF)对大鼠失神经支配后骨结构变化的影响,探讨NGF对神经源性骨质疏松的意义。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组和失神经组,切断失神经组大鼠股骨神经造成失神经支配模型,然后分为失神经支配对照和NGF注射失神经支配组。30天后取股骨进行骨计量学检查。结果:大鼠失神经支配后于腓肠肌两侧注射NGF30天后,与未注射组相比具有较高的小梁骨量,提示局部予以NGF治疗可明显减轻失神经支配后大鼠骨质疏松的程度。结论:NGF在神经性瘫痪后的康复治疗中具有积极意义。
Objective:To present the therapy methods after neuropathic paralysis by studying the effect of NGF on bone histomorphometric in denervated rats.Method:SD male rats were divided into control group and denervated group.The denervated group was performed neurotomy on bilateral sciatic nerves and then randomly divided into denervation control group and NGF injection group.The density of femoral bone was measured by dual energy ab-sorptiometry after30days.Result:At the end of the experiments,the microstructure of bone trabecula of denervated control group changed significantly.But that of the NGF injection group was obviously increased.Conclusion:NGF therapy can prevent the osteoporosis,which indicate that NGF therapy is very important in the neuropathic paraly-sis.
