摘要
叙述了乙烯氧化制环氧乙烷反应气中水蒸气含量对银催化剂反应性能的影响。微型反应器评价结果表明:反应气中水蒸气含量在0.32%~3.88%时,乙烯转化率随反应气中水蒸气浓度的升高而降低;在一定的时空产率下,反应气中水蒸气的含量对银催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性有不利影响,对银催化剂的活性和选择性的影响是部分可逆的。
The influence of concentration of feed water vapor in process of ethylene oxidation on performance of silver catalyst was described. The results from the micro -reactor evaluating system show that the conversion of ethylene decreases with the increase of concentration of feed water vapor in the range of water concentration 0.32%-3.88%. The feed water vapor is unfavorable for the performance of catalyst such as activity, selectivity, stability in a certain load and concentration of feed water vapor. The effect of the presence of water in the feed on activity and selectivity of the catalyst is reversible incompletely.
