摘要
醇氨法精制直馏柴油工艺存在破乳剂选择、精制柴油残余溶剂含量高、溶剂循环量大、需全部再生和再生能耗高等技术经济问题。为了解决这些问题 ,采用聚结过滤和溶剂部分循环再生法 ,对醇氨法精制直馏柴油工艺进行了优化。结果表明 ,与醇氨法原有工艺比较 ,优化工艺采用乙醇破乳剂 ,完全消除了精制油中的残余溶剂 ,取消了水洗操作 ,精制柴油中残余溶剂含量从 192 0 9μg/g下降至 4.6μg/g ,柴油与溶剂体积比由 6提高到 8,相分离时间由 3 0min缩短至 15min ,溶剂循环量下降了 2 5 % ,溶剂再生负荷和能耗下降了 62 .5 % 。
There are some problems in the process of alcohol-ammonia chemical extraction for refining straight-run diesel, such as the selection of the demulsifier, the high excessive solvent content remained in the treated oil, the high dose of solvent used in the process and the high energy consumption for full regeneration. Gather filtration method and another method, in which part of the used solvent was recovered, were introduced for the first time, and the process optimization was also carried out. Compared with the original process, in the optimized process with ethanol as the demulsifier the residual solvent was completely eliminated from the treated oil. Moreover, the washing step of diesel with water was omitted. The amount of solvent remained in the treated oil decreased from 19209 μg/g to 4.6 μg /g. The volume ratio of oil to solvent increased from 6 to 8. Phase separation time was shortened from 30 min to 15 min. The amount of recycle solvent decreased by 25% and energy consumption for regeneration of the used solvent was reduced by 62.5%.
