摘要
采用正交试验设计研究了用粉煤灰、硫铁矿烧渣制备絮凝剂的最佳工艺条件,探讨了固体原料配比、酸液与固体原料比、助溶剂加入量、反应温度等因素对絮凝剂中有效成分的浸出量以及对造纸废水的絮凝效果的影响,找出了最佳制备方案;针对造纸脱墨水进行了絮凝实验,并与市售聚合氯化铝和聚合硫酸铁进行了对比,实验结果表明,自制絮凝剂具有絮凝沉降速度快,污泥体积小、浊度和色度去除率高等优点.
The preparation of the coagulant from fly ash and pyrite roasting residue are studied. The best technical conditions of the preparation process are given by orthogonal experiments. The influence on the fiocculation effect on the papermaking wastewater and the soaked quantity of the Fe3+ and Al3+ of the coagulant of the four factors: the ratio of solid material, ratio of acid/solid, the quantity of assistant solvent and the reaction temperature are discussed. The coagulation tests are made on the papermaking wastewater. The result suggests that the self-made coagulant has sedimentation rate, small volume of sludge and a large removal rate of color and turbidity.
