摘要
在对发达国家人力资源管理模式的基本特点进行总结的基础上 ,分析了其近年来的演进趋势 ,阐述了对我国建立系统的人力资源管理理论体系和成功的实践模式的借鉴意义。
Based on the summarization of the basic characteristics of the human resource management models in the developed countries, the essay analyses the development trend in recent years and expounds its enlightenment to China in its effort to establish an integrated theory system of human resource management and a successful practice model.
