摘要
研究了流苏石斛花中的香气成分,采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)提取流苏石斛花的香气成分,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法对其香气成分的化学组成进行分析,利用峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量。实验结果表明,从流苏石斛花中检测出23种香气成分,其主成分(相对质量百分比)为α-蒎烯(45.06%)和β-蒎烯(23.22%)。
The aroma components in Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook.flower were extracted by headspace solid-phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME)and analyzed by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization.The results showed that twenty-three aroma components were detected.Among them,the main components(mass ratio)were alpha-pinene(45.06%)and beta-pinene(23.22%).
