摘要 本文通过连铸坯表面温度及坯壳厚度的测试 ,并借鉴宝钢对含 Nb、V、Ti连铸坯的热塑性研究成果 ,认为舞钢连铸坯在原有的工艺条件下 ,铸坯凝固时冷却强度较大 ,在矫直段正处于 Nb、V、Ti、碳、氮化物析出的高峰区。通过调整工艺等措施 ,矫直时避开铸坯脆性区。连铸质量有较大的提高 ,Nb、V。 This article,through measurement of surface temperature and shell thickness of continuously cast slabs and making reference to the hot plasticity study achievements in terms of continuously cast slabs containing Nb、V、Ti in Shanghai Baosteel,holds that cooling intensity is relatively great during solidification of cast slabs under the original process condition with regard to continuously cast slabs of Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd,just at the peak zone of precipitation of Nb、V、Ti and carbonitride at straightening zone. Through measures such as adjustment of process,etc,bypassing brittleness zone of cast slabs while straightening,great improvement of quality of continuously cast slabs is obtained,there is great increase in proportion for cast slabs containing Nb、V、Ti.
