摘要
经表面处理剂改性的纳米TiO_2和ZnO用于棉织物抗紫外线整理,并加入自制的水溶性氨基甲酸乙酯树脂U-51和双活性基接枝剂DL。通过透射电镜和红外光谱对纳米整理剂的分析,以及光敏色布法对织物抗紫外线效果的测定,结果表明改性纳米TiO_2和ZnO具有较高的吸收屏蔽紫外线的性能,能通过接枝或交联的方法施加到棉纤维上,使织物获得耐久抗紫外线效果。
The physical and chemical properties of modified nano-TiO2/ZnO and the anti-UV radiation properties of treated cotton fabrics have been studied.The experimental results show that the modified nano-TiO2/ZnO have the high capability of absorbing and shielding UV radiation,and the durable effect of anti-UV radiation for cotton can be achieved with the grafting or crosslinking techniques.
