摘要
建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定矾土中硅、铁、钾、钙、钛、锰、铝、镁、磷等氧化物的方法。以四硼酸锂做熔剂、溴化锂做脱模剂制备玻璃熔片 ,以标准物质和高纯试剂制备标准片做校正曲线 ,并对吸收增强效应和光谱重叠做出校正。通过测定标准样品进行比较 ,本法没有显著性差异。回收率为 86 7%~ 10 6 2 %。
In this article a method for determining P 2O 5,SiO 2,Fe 2O 3,K 2O,CaO,TiO 2,MnO,Al 2O 3,MgO in bauxite by X ray fluorescence spectrometry has been given The glass beads are made by the mixture of Li 2B 4O 7,LiBr and samples at 1150℃ By comparing the reference values of synthetic reference material with the determination values obtained by the method, it shows that there is no significant difference among them. RSD is 0 12%-2 48% and recovery is 86 7%-106 2%
