摘要
在动态应变信号测试中,经常需要根据信号的幅值不断调整放大器的放大倍数,测量电路复杂,精度低。采用可编程增益放大器和单片机构成自动调整放大增益的应变测试系统,该系统可对动态小应变信号进行采集处理,测量精度高,通用性强。
Measuring the dynamic strain involves the constant modification of gain, as determined by the signal amplitude. This practice suffers from the complex test and the low accuracy. As introduced in this paper, the strain measuring system consists of microchip and SPGA. The application of the system presents such advantages as automatically sampling and processing the small dynamic strain signal. The system features high accuracy and strong universality.
