摘要
对水泥工业中广泛应用的双喷腾分解炉内的气固两相流场进行了数值模拟,气相在Euler坐标系下采用k-ε双方程模型表示,固相颗粒在Lagrange坐标系下采用随机轨道模型表示。模拟的结果预测了分解炉内气固两相流场的运动规律,为分析双喷腾分解炉内的气固运动规律和预测固体颗粒在炉内的停留时间提供了有利信息。
A numerical simulation of the gas-solid two-phase flow in double-sprayed precalciner is presented. The gas phase is expressed with the κ-Ε two-equation model under the Euler coordinate system, and the solid phase is expressed with the particle stochastic trajectory model under the Lagrange coordinate system. The kinetics regulation of the gas-solid two-phase in double-sprayed precalciner is predicted by the simulated results, which gives a useful information for previewing the kinetics regulation and the residence time of the gas-solid two-phase in the precalciner.
