With the rapid development of information technologies such as digialization and network connection, the world's economy has entered into the age of knowledge. Under the conditions of intellectual economy, knoledge is playing a crucial role. However, it is the intellectual property that plays a leading role in promoting economy. So the intellectual property has been considered as one of the most important tools to develop the economy and create fortunes. We should regard it seriously define the range of protection and solve whatever problems may occur.
