摘要
环糊精及其衍生物不仅能与简单客体分子包合,也能与过渡金属配合物进行包合的研究.环糊精衍生物与过渡金属配合物的包合作用,可通过环糊精修饰形成金属离子加冠环糊精主体分子,再与有机配体分子发生相互作用而实现包合.环糊精及其衍生物与客体的包合作用构建出了索烃、轮烃、聚轮烃等超分子结构.环糊精包合物得到广泛的研究,在许多方面已显示出其独特的作用.
The cyclodextrin and its derivative inclusion coordination can not only include with guest molecule, but also with transition metal complexes. Inclusion coordination of cyclodextrin derivative with transition metal can be obtained by polishing cyclodextrin to get the metal Capped Cyclodextrin, then inclusion coordinate with organic ligands. Cyclodextrin and its derivatives inclusion coordinate with guest molecules product supermoleculers, such as Catenaane, Poiyrotaxane, Polyrotaxane. The cyclodextrin inclusion complexes have been extensively investigated and its special functions have already been showed in business.
