摘要
啤酒瓶在灌装前必须进行多种指标检验,针对实际生产的需要,设计了一套以采用DSP数字信号处理为核心的空瓶图像检测系统.系统采用了分布式高速、高精度的多通道模拟及视频信号实时采集与处理方法,很好地解决了实时性与准确性要求的矛盾.实验与测试结果表明,异物面积小于3.5mm2时,正确识别率可98%满足实际生产要求.
A few of qualities of beer bottles must be checked before they are bottled. A empty bottle image inspection system based on DSP is designed, which is a distributed multichannel simulating system with high speed and high precision, equipped with realtime collection and disposing method for video signals. Therefore, it could complete the task of empty bottle inspection. As the result of plenty of tests, the checking precision could reach 98% when the stuffs or cracks scale of bottle base is less than 3.5 mm2.
