带突扩段有叶扩压器的设计与分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对离心压气机采用突扩转接段后的设计问题,初步探讨了其内部流动规律,进行了型线的优化设计。首先进行的子午面计算,确定了扩压器的型线,然后对无叶扩压器作了三维数值模拟,保证了叶片进口参数的平滑均匀。最后完成了带叶扩压器的三维计算。数值计算结果表明,出口马赫数、总压恢复系数和出气角均达到了设计要求。设计的完成为复杂扩压系统的设计与数值模拟打下了良好基础。 The design and optimization method of vaned diffuser of a centrifugal compressor with abrupt spreading segment is studied. After meridian plane calculating, the outline of diffuser is confirmed; then three-dimensional calculation for vaneless diffuser is carried out, finally three-dimensional aerodynamic calculation for vaned diffuser is performed. The numerical results show that the diffuser meets the design requirements on exit Mach number, total pressure coefficient and exit angle. It is helpful for the design and numerical simulation of diffuser system.
