摘要
目的:研究毛蕊老鹳草Geranium eristemon的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂萃取,聚酰胺、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和Toyopearl HW-40为填料的柱层析等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术等进行结构鉴定。结果:从毛蕊老鹳草脂溶性部位中分离得到21个化合物,本文报道其中的5个化合物:β-谷甾醇(1)、原儿茶酸(2)、杨梅素(3)、山柰酚-7-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(5)。结论:5个化合物均是首次从该植物中得到,并且化合物(4)和(5)为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Geranium eristemon. Method: Chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate the constituents and elucidate their structures. Result: Five compounds were isolated from acetone extract of the whole grass of G. eristemon, and identified as β-sitosterol, protocatechuic acid, myricetin, kaempferol-7-O-α-L-arabifura-noside and kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabifuranoside. Conclusion: kaempferol-7-O-α-L-arabifuranoside and kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabifu-ranoside were isolated from G. genus for the first time.
