摘要
目的探讨血液流变学指标与腰椎间盘突出症(prolapseoflumbarintervertabraldisc,PLID)的相关性,为进一步研究PLID的发病机制提供依据。方法对56例PLID患者进行血液流变学指标检查,分析其结果与正常参考值比较。结果PLID患者,男性28例的血流变测值有5项指标与正常参考值比较有显著性差异(P<0.01,t=-6.904,-6.034,-4.555,-5.051或P<0.05,t=-2.606),女性28例有4项指标与正常参考值比较有显著性差异(P<0.01,t=-2.885,-5.968,-5.858,-96.326)。表明PLID患者血流变学测值与正常人比较,差异有显著性意义,提示血液流变学与PLID有密切相关性。结论血液流变学与PLID有密切相关性。
Aim To investiga te the correlation betw een hemorheologyand prolapse of lumbar intervertabr al dis c(PLID)and to study the patho-genesis of PLID.Methods Fifty-six cases of l umbar intervertebral disc protrusion,28males and 28females w ith an average age of 41.5years(22-75years)received the hemorheological exami natio n.The results were compared with those of normal contro ls in Shanghai Medical University an d Institute of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine o f Xiangya Medical College,Central South Univ ersity.Results A significant diff erence was found in the values of five items i n the hemorheological examination between 28male cases and normal cont rols(t=-6.904,-6.034,- 4.555,-5.501,P<0.01;t=-2.606,P<0.05)as well as in the values of four items in the hemorheological examination between 28femal e cases and normal controls(t=-2.885,-5.968,-5.858,-96 .326,P<0.05).The results indicated that the valu es of hemorheology had sig-nificant differences between the patients with PLID and normal peo-ple .Conclusion Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion has a close correla-tion wit h hemorheology.
