摘要
在分析我国大型建设项目的传统管理模式和发达国家的主要管理模式的特点和应用环境的基础上,结合我国强势业主的需要,提出代建制是符合我国现有国情的一种可选择的管理模式,并对代建制的含义、代建人的权利、代建人工作内容和代建制项目组织结构进行了深入探讨,同时以一个试行代建制的工程说明该模式的实际效果。
It is necessary to seek a new management model for mega-construction project in China, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and applying environments of the traditional management model and main project management model in developed country. It is put forward through combining the need of powerful owner in China that agent construction management (ACM) model is an alternative model fitting current national conditions. Furthermore, the implications and project organizational construct of ACM as well as rights and scopes of ACMer are discussed. An example project carrying out with ACM is presented to illustrate the actual performance.
