摘要
研究了铝与对乙酰基偶氮胂(ASApA)显色反应,在pH 4.7的HOAc-NaOAc缓冲溶液中,Al3+与ASApA显色形成1:2络合物,最大吸收波长位于612 nm,ε-8.19×103L·mol-1·cm-1,铝量在0~2.8μg·ml-1范围内遵守比耳定律,用于水样中铝的测定,结果满意。
In an HOAc-NaOAc buffer solution of pH 4. 7, aluminum(Ⅲ) reacts with p-acetylarsenazo (ASA-pA) to form a complex of mole ratio M : R= 1 : 2. The absorption maxima of this complex lies at the wavelength of 612nm, while the absorption maxima of the reagent at the wavelength of 542nm, giving a Δλ of 70nm The molar absorptivity of the colored complex was found to be 8. 19×103L · mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law holds in the range of 0 -2. 8μg of Al(Ⅲ) per ml of solution. This method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of aluminum in water.
