摘要
介绍了压电陶瓷超声马达的原理及几种典型的压电超声马达,最后介绍了超声马达 的应用及应用前景。
In this paper, we introduced the principle of piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic motors and a few classical ultrasonic motors. In the end, the potential applications of ultrasonic motors are also forecasted.
