摘要
“核心刊物”闹剧在我国愈演愈烈,在社会上产生了严重影响。作者对“核心刊物”闹剧的表象进行了描述,并对其实质和危害进行了分析。认为“核心刊物”闹剧是名利作祟,学术腐败的温床;极大地损害了我国期刊界的形象,腐蚀了我国期刊界的肌体,是我国现代化建设中的一大隐患。如此下去,我们期刊界无法面对国人,也无法在世界面前立足,最终必将自食苦果。期刊界、学术界也应打假,制止“核心刊物”闹剧已刻不容缓。国家期刊管理部门应出台政策和措施,制止”核心刊物”闹剧恶性发展,恢复核心刊物的庄严面目。现行的职称评定机制与”核心刊物”闹剧是一对孪生姊妹,也必须进行治理。应当整顿职称评定中的不良倾向,推行职称聘任制,打破职称终身制的局面。
The farce of core journals is becoming increasingly fierce in our country, which has produced serious influence over society. In this article, the author describes the external appearance of the farce, analysing its crux and harmfulness, and taking it as a mischief done for fame and wealth as well as a hotbed of academic corruption. The journal and academic circles should also crack down counterfeiters preventing the vicious proceeding of the farce. The state journal adminstrative department should make policies and take measures to regain the true color of core journals. In the end, the author suggests that the harmful trends in the present appraisal of professional titles should be brought under control, and the professional pointment system introduced so as to abolish the life tenure of proferional titles.
