摘要
高水巷旁充填是我国沿空留巷护巷技术的发展方向。本文总结了课题组近年研制的两类充填材料的特性及其井下试验效果。高水净浆充填材料以硫铝酸盐水泥熟料为基材,经外掺混合料适当组合成主料、配料两部分,主、配料等量配合应用,加水可泵时间大于24 h,混合后初凝时间小于20 min,在水灰比2.5∶1时,抗压强度2 h为1.5~2.0 MPa,24 h为3.1~4.1 MPa,7 d为3.4~5.2 MPa。除个别指标外,其它指标均达到或超过了世界先进水平。高水灰渣充填材料在净浆材料中合理引入了灰渣,提高了材料抗风化性能,减少了胶结料用量,降低了成本。在庞庄矿井下巷旁充填试验中率先采用活动钢模板构筑高水灰渣充填体,节省了充填袋费用。留巷期间巷道顶板下沉平均为7.4%,100m漏风率为1.05%,取得了良好的技术经济效益。
Application of stowing material with high water content is a trend of development in China for supporting gateways left in the goaf.This paper summarized the features of two types of stowing materials developed in the recent years and results of underground trials. The stowing material with high water content is basically clinker of alumina sulphate cement mixed with proper amount of additives. It consists of main and auxiliary blends. The main and auxiliary blends of equal quantity are mixed when applied. The pumping time,when water is added,is greater than 24 hours,the initial setting time after mixing is less than 20 min. When water cement ratio is 2.5:1,the compressive strength is 1.5~2.0 MPa,within 2 hrs,3.1~4.1 MPa in 24 hrs,and 3.4~5.2MPa within 7 days. Except a few figures,the most technical indices have reached or exceeded the world advanced level. When slags are added to the material,the resistance against weathering is improved,and the quantity of cementing material used and the cost are lowered. Mobile steel form was used for stowing packs along gateways in underground trial in Pangzhuang Colliery. As a result,expenses for stowing sacks were saved. The average roof convergence of the gateways maintained in the goaf was 7.4%,the rate of air leakage for 100 m was 1.05%. Good techno-economic results were obtained.
