摘要
叙述了自悬浮定向流纳米金属粉末的制备原理 ,建立了在惰性气体介质中金属液滴表面蒸发形成悬浮微粒过程的数学模型 .描述了蒸发金属液滴表面层的热流动、物质迁移、热扩散、凝聚相初始核的形成、金属蒸气在粒子表面的凝聚、粒子相互凝聚等过程 ,考虑了物质迁移系数等动力学参数对温度的依赖关系 .
This paper describes the principle of flow-levitation method. An analytical model for preparation of nanometal powders in inert gases is presented. Associated with the relation between dynamics of gas flow and temperature, the process of thermal diffusion, nucleation, condensation and crystallization of powders is studied. The results of theoretical analysis are in agreement with the practice. It indicates that we can control the particle-size distribution by choosing appropriate characteristic technological parameters.
