摘要
以冻干Nocardiarubra细胞壁骨架注射剂对C57BL/6J小鼠移植肿瘤Lewis肺癌进行抑瘤试验,并进行荷瘤鼠外周白细胞计数和测定血清溶菌酶含量.结果表明,Nocardiarubra细胞壁骨架对Lewis肺癌的抑瘤率为37.2%,显示了明显的抑制肿瘤生长的作用.同时荷瘤小鼠外周血白细胞有明显升高,血清溶菌酶含量的增加也非常显著,提示其抗肿瘤过程中的非特异性免疫促进作用.
Lyophilized Nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton (N-CWS) was injected into mice bearing Lewis lung carcinoma to investigate the tumor inhibitory effect.The white blood cell (WBC) level and serum lysozyme content of tumorbearing mice was also determined, respectively.CisDiaminodichloroplatinum (CDDP) was used as positive control.The results showed that the growth rate of Lewis lung carcinoma was reduced 372% by N-CWS, which indicated strong inhibitory effect.WBC level and serum lysozyme content in experimental groups were much higher than those in control groups, which indicated the nonspecific immunity promotion of N-CWS in tumor inhibition.
