摘要
全世界海水淡化生产能力统计表明 ,2 0 0 0年以前蒸馏法 (主要是多级闪蒸 )占优势 ,2 0 0 0年以后则以反渗透法占优势 ;海水淡化厂已从中东布遍各大洲 .当前除中东国家外 ,都以反渗透法为首选技术 .美国已基本上不再发展蒸馏法 ,在膜法中除海水反渗透外 ,纳滤、超滤和微滤都已全面进入水脱盐和水处理领域 ,而且后二者 (水处理膜 )增长速度远高于脱盐膜技术 .我国反渗透淡化技术已经步入成熟发展阶段 ,有必要在沿海城市发展以海水淡化为基础的补充水源 ,并开发自有系列技术 。
The 《IDA Desalination Inventory-2002》 shows that distillation (MSF is in the majority) was domination over the desalination processes before 2002.However,the reverse osmosis (RO) is dominating in the new century.The desalination plants have spread all over the world instead of Middle-East only.The RO is the most important option for desalination in the world except the countries in the Middle-East.The distillation processes in North American municipal desalination is very limited,and the low-pressure membrane processes (MF,UF and NF) have been used at large scale in municipal water treatment and pre-treatment of desalination process.The technology of RO concerned is growing up in China.It is necessary to bulid some large scale desalting plants for alternate municipal water supply in the coast economy developed cities and, at same time,to join the international co-operation.
