摘要
介绍了以贫煤或无烟煤粉煤作为主体煤、活化烟煤作为结合剂生产新型工业气化型煤的新技术 :主要利用低温干馏的原理 ,对加工成型的煤球在炭化炉中进行干燥固化 ,生产出半焦型煤产品。利用该项型煤生产工艺生产的产品合格率已达到 90 %以上。
Introduction of a new briquetting process for coal gasification with lean coal and anthracite being as the main constituents and activated bituminous as the binder, in which the principle of low-temperature distillation was used that the molded coal being dried and solidified in a carbonization furnace, giving a semi-coke like product.
