感光材料用高纯AgNO_3的制备工艺 被引量:1

摘要 研究了结晶法制备感光材料用AgNO3的工艺 ,经过实验室小试和扩大试验 ,制备的产品已达到国家感光材料 2级AgNO3指标 ,主要金属离子指标已达到国家感光材料 1级AgNO3标准 ,尤其是由感光行业提出的杂质Hg指标 ,稳定在 <5× 1 0 - 9。 A new technology of preparing AgNO_3 for sensitive industry was studied by crystallizing method. The quality of produced AgNO_3 has come up to grade 2 of Chinese photo industry standard. The contents main metal ions can meet the quality of grade 1 of Chinese photo industry standard, and the content of Hg in the AgNO_3 is especially steadily less than 5×10 -9 .
