摘要
阐述了逆向物流的重要性及其产生的起因,提出了从战略高度管理好逆向物流的五个方面:减少回流量,改进产品设计,管好交接点,集中回收,回流品的处理。
The importance and the origin of reverse logistics are introduced and five aspects of an effective reverse logistics management from strategic viewpoint are put forward, such as lowing down the volume of returns, improving product design, managing hand-off, centralizing recycling and disposing materials.
